Beef Noodle Soup

The history of Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup is not far back;
however, the Beef noodle soup is universal in Taiwan after the World War 2. Taiwanese beef noodle has two flavors, one is clear stewed and the other one is braised.
The clear stewed beef noodle is trending light, and the braised beef noodle is
trending salty. In Taiwan, most of people prefer the braised beef
noodle which is main stream.
Furthermore, besides the clear stewed beef noodle and the
braised, the beef noodle can be separated into different kinds of flavor.
For example, beef brisket noodle, half tendon half meat
noodle, beef offal noodle, beef tendon noodle and so on.
There is an annual Beef Noodle Festival is held by Taipei
City. And this festival attracts various chefs and restaurants compete for the
“best beef noodle” title in Taiwan every year.
